Highland Park Pool villa is a new sanctuary for stressful and chaotic getaway located in adjacent with Bangtao beach which is the ultimate escape for those in pursuit of pristineness and seaside splendor. The pool villa is nestled in the tranquil setting filled with natural environment and sensation; the design implements tropical yet luxury style home. Notably, the building connected seamlessly with the nature with the wilderness tunnel carry out the circulation throughout the entire village offers a grand entrance for multiple usages which ascends to the habitation areas.
The units were designed to fit with the surroundings, materials are carefully picked using the natural elements such as woods, rocks, or other tropical materials which would create a beautifully crafted sensational to the occupants. The space between each home were using landscape and natural mimicry finished fence as a seam to ensuring a harmonious blend between the new structure and its surroundings.
ARCHITECTURE DESIGN
The exterior incorporates a large deck surrounded a swimming pool which is not only served as a leisure space but also integrates as a water feature establishing passive cooling to the interior and the area around. Which make an outdoor a perfect area for family gathering and relaxation. This versatile deck invites occupants to bask in the warmth of the sun while overlooking the lush greenery.
As the natural and built environment relation is crucial for design this pool villa, The design of the space is also enacted with biophilic design element consisted of natural plants, as well as seamless connection between swimming pool and the private garden.
We are also prioritizing the well-being of people who resides in the project area, there are communal greenery area provided for public. It is not only providing shadings, tranquil environment, it also creates biodiversity which has great contribution to overall residents.
INTERIOR DESIGN
To evoke a genuine sense of relaxation, our primary focus in the interior design concept is on cultivating a living space that exudes a warm and inviting atmosphere. The central theme revolves around simplicity, aiming to create a tranquil environment reminiscent of a calming vacation. This design is tailored for family members to spend meaningful time together in a private space, making the experience truly worthwhile. Rooted in nature, our approach is to craft a design that caters to the unique needs and preferences of every family.
We have chosen substitute materials as an alternative to natural materials. The goal is to diminish reliance on natural resources with limited lifespans and higher maintenance needs compared to substitute materials. This approach aligns with our commitment to preserving nature and reinforcing its resilience.
In essence, this decision reflects our dedication to sustainability and responsible resource management. Our furniture selection features a modern yet simple design, utilizing materials that are tailored for the comfort and ease of seniors, who are the primary users of this area.
SUSTAINABILY & INNOVATION
– Wide awning reduces the heat and the excessive sunlight which helps with energy efficient.
– The large window the expansive dimensions of the two-story windows in the living area bring in abundant natural light, significantly minimizing the reliance on artificial lighting. This design choice not only enhances the brightness and openness of the central interior space but also contributes to a well-lit and airy ambiance.
– Cross Ventilation by installed window both ends to allow the ventilation to pass by.
– Passive Cooling As water evaporates from the pool surface, it absorbs heat from the surroundings, creating a cooling effect. The cool air resulting from this process is then directed through a ventilation path towards the living room.
– Using Recyclable and conservation materials.
– Water Treatment The project has water treatment system to recycle gray water and reuse it again for the plants within the wilderness zone.
