Lisa is a lawyer and managing partner of CNPLaw LLP, a leading law firm in Singapore. She has been in legal practice for more than 30 years and specializes in corporate, mergers & acquisitions and corporate governance.

Lisa has been consistently recognized in various reputable legal publications, including Chambers Asia Pacific, Legal 500, and Who’s Who Legal (Singapore and South-East Asia) in the areas of Corporate M&A and Corporate Governance. In 2022, she was also a finalist for Managing Partner of the Year (Singapore) in the ALB SE Asia Law Awards 2022.

She was an independent director of companies listed in the Singapore Exchange Limited (CEI Limited), The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (Solis Holdings Limited), and Sunseap Group Pte Ltd (now known as EDPR Asia Pacific) and was a non-executive director of Eagle Eye Centre. She is currently an advisor to Skylab Holding.

Giving back to society is also important to Lisa, and she currently serves on the board of two charitable organizations. She has contributed to the education of the next generation by sitting on the school board of Kuo Chuan Primary and Secondary Schools for more than six years.

Lisa holds a Bachelor of Law (Second Upper) degree from the National University of Singapore and is a Notary Public and a Commissioner for Oaths.
