Darryl leads SM ID in its growth strategy, business development and P&L management. At SM ID, he is involved in partnerships, mergers & acquisitions and works closely with the various business units within the Swan & Maclaren’s group of companies on their strategic priorities.

Darryl holds a Master of Business from the University of Newcastle in Australia. Prior to joining Swan & Maclaren, Darryl was the Group General Manager at Lumiere Hospitality Group, where he oversaw the brand’s growth and overall operational management for two hotels in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. He brings a wealth of experience from various sectors, including real estate development, private equity, furniture, and interior design.
