Chin Hu is a business leader with extensive experience in the technology and financial sectors. He has held senior leadership roles in global corporations and currently serves on the boards of several companies.

Previously, Chin Hu was the CEO of Frontline Technologies Corp. Ltd, a Singapore Exchange (SGX) listed company that was acquired and privatised by British Telecom in 2008. His career started at Hewlett-Packard in 1981, where he held management positions across Singapore and ASEAN. He later joined Sun Microsystems from 1992 to 2000, serving in key leadership roles, including Managing Director of Singapore; Country Director for Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam; and Asia Pacific Director of Partners and Channels.

Chin Hu has contributed to industry development through several board appointments including the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA), the Singapore IT Federation (SiTF) and the Singapore Institute of Directors. He has served on the boards of Telstra Corporation (ASX), Citibank Singapore Ltd, Heliconia Capital Management Pte Ltd, Keppel DC REIT, and Kulicke & Soffa Inc. (NASDAQ).

Chin Hu holds a Bachelor of Science from La Trobe University, Melbourne, Australia. He has completed the International Directors Program at INSEAD and the UCLA SEC Director’s Training Program as part of his continuing education. He is a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Directors.
