Swan & Maclaren Group (SMG) appoints Cheng Fang as China Regional Country Head

Cheng Fang brings over 38 years of experience in organisational optimization, in particular managing complex procurement centers and data centers. Leveraging on her acute sense in investment, she has closed major deals across the APAC region within retail, hospitality, residential, and commercial sectors. Her wealth of experience stems from working with multinationals and startups in Singapore, Malaysia and China.

Prior to joining Swan & Maclaren Group, Cheng Fang held pivotal roles at multinational (Keppel Land China, Mapletree Investment, Wearnes China), where she optimize their organizational processes and oversees investment and divestment in their respective region.

Cheng Fang holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore (NUS) and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Tianjin University, China. She is also a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (United Kingdom).
