Welcome to Cascade Bangtao Beach – Phuket, an opulent residential haven seamlessly integrated with its tropical surroundings. Emphasizing spacious and luxurious residential units, ranging from 100 sq.m to 300 sq.m, our aim is to provide a truly indulgent living experience. The architectural vision departs from conventional forms in the surrounding area, presenting an intriguing silhouette that captures interest while harmonizing seamlessly with the tropical landscape. Explore the extraordinary, where every detail is designed to enhance the living experience in this tropical paradise.

In addition to the focus on generous living spaces, a range of carefully positioned facilities was incorporated to enhance residents’ lifestyles. These facilities, including a well-designed lobby, fully equipped gym, sauna and steam rooms for wellness, a dedicated kid’s room, social lounge, swimming pool, jacuzzi, kid’s pool, leisure pool deck, BBQ deck, observation deck, playground, sandpit, turf area, and pebble path, were meticulously designed to foster a sense of community and luxury within the tropical haven of Cascade Bangtao Beach – Phuket.

CASCADING ROCK
The design direction of the project, inspired by the concept of the cascading rock, is characterized by a strong emphasis on horizontal lines. The buildings are envisioned with shapes resembling rock formations extending dynamically from a massive rock, creating an uneven rhythm and movement. This concept aims to infuse a sense of motion and dynamism into the architectural aesthetics.

In terms of color, the exterior materials incorporate a harmonious blend of cool and warm tones. This intentional mix reflects the atmospheric and spiritual essence of the local environment where the project is situated. The chosen colors resonate with the surroundings, creating a marvelous reflection of the region’s ambiance and unique character.

ARCHITECTURE DESIGN
The project features two horizontally lengthen buildings, seamlessly positioned in accordance with the land’s shape, divided into North and South towers. Both towers have a central area that separates them, although they share a drop-off space on the 1st floor before entering the mirrored and equally grand lobbies. This shared space boasts tall, curved glass walls and a graceful entrance, creating an inviting ambiance. The expansive two-story lobby beneath the extended balconies of the upper units creates a distinctive and spacious ambiance.

INNOVATIVE BALCONY DESIGN
The architectural design optimizes balcony spaces with innovative features for tree planting and shading, incorporating increased depth to support the growth of medium-sized trees. This promotes a green and sustainable environment, enhancing energy efficiency and creating comfortable outdoor areas. The staggered arrangement of balconies forms a visually appealing stepped configuration, adding aesthetic value and providing ample vertical space for cultivating taller plants. Overall, these design elements not only fulfill functional needs for greenery and shading but also contribute a distinctive and environmentally conscious character to the building.
