This strategic partnership aims to synergize the expertise and resources of both organizations, paving the way for the creation and distribution of cutting-edge smart building and building sustainability solutions. The collaboration seeks to redefine the future of real estate development and management.
Key highlights of the MOU include:
- Development of a Comprehensive Solution Suite: The collaboration will focus on aggregating and developing a comprehensive suite of smart building and building sustainability solutions. This suite will encompass a range of services including architectural and interior design, sustainability consulting, engineering, and build and fit-out, tailored to add significant value to real estate asset owners, property developers, and managers.
- Market Expansion and Commercialization: SMG and Johnson Controls will jointly market and sell the Solution Suite to targeted markets across the Asia Pacific region, including Singapore, China, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia. The collaboration also extends to exploring commercial channels beyond traditional avenues.
