This suite will encompass a range of services including architectural and interior design, sustainability consulting, engineering, and build and fit-out, tailored to add significant value to real estate asset owners, property developers, and managers.

Market Expansion and Commercialization: SMG and Johnson Controls will jointly market and sell the Solution Suite to targeted markets across the Asia Pacific region, including Singapore, China, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia. The collaboration also extends to exploring commercial channels beyond traditional avenues.
