SMG shares the winning design of the Johor RTS Train station at the Malaysia’s Causeway 100 Years Anniversary
Our group Chief Operating Officer (COO) Eugene Wong and our architects Chin Yee Choong , Hung Seng and Lam were recently invited to speak at the ‘Refleksi Seratus’, Malaysia’s Causeway 100 Years Anniversary with Persatuan Arkitek Malaysia (PAM) at Johor Bahru Komtar.
“At Swan & Maclaren, we emphasize the importance of a collaborative spirit in our practice and the need to continually upskill our architects to ensure their work remains meaningful. We are committed to an outward-looking approach and dedicated to pushing the boundaries to create impactful designs together.” Eugene Wong, SMG’s Group COO
At the event, our colleagues had the opportunity to also share their experience on how our Swan & Maclaren Consultants (SM Consultants) team came up with the winning design of the much-awaited Johor Rapid Transit System (RTS) Train station.
The Johor RTS Train Station is more than just a transportation hub; it embodies our dedication to sustainable design, enhancing user experience, and positively impacting the community. Thoughtfully integrated into the urban landscape, equipped with advanced technology, and designed with accessibility in mind, our architects meticulously crafted the station to improve daily commutes and enrich the city’s fabric.
