Meet Angelia, the Director of Corporate Operations in Swan & Maclaren Group. With a fervent dedication to excellence, she manages the development and execution of corporate policies and operational strategies in alignment with the Group’s overarching goals and objectives.

Drawing from a diverse career spanning various industries – logistics, pharmaceutical and telecommunications; including government-linked organisations and multinational corporations, Angelia brings extensive experience in business operations, transformation, and change management to her role. Her ability to manage competing priorities with finesse ensures optimal outcomes in every endeavour.

Before joining Swan & Maclaren Group, Angelia led the Business Process Improvement team in StarHub to optimize cross-functional processes and drive multiple improvement projects that revolutionized end-to-end corporate and business processes.

Angelia holds certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a Project Management Professional. She is also a MaritimeONE Scholar, graduated with a Bachelor of Science (First Class Honours) in Maritime Business and Maritime Law from the Plymouth University School of Business, United Kingdom, and recognised with the Plymouth Award for her outstanding contributions beyond academics.
