Swan & Maclaren’s design was again recognised at the Asia Pacific Property Awards, organised by International Property Awards. This year, our team has won the highest rating of a 5-star award with Shanghai Raffles Hospital for Best Public Service Architecture Shanghai Municipality, China. This is considered the highest ranking for the Architecture category for China region.

Our design philosophy for Shanghai Raffles Hospital is to create an innovative design incorporating a stylish yet functional and efficient layout, balancing sustainability, and eco-energy-saving concepts through new technology applications.

Designed with the belief of “Healing with Green”, the hospital integrates landscape, ecological features and green gardens to create a calm environment to complement the healing process. Swan & Maclaren is honoured to be recognised at the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2023 for this amazing project.
