Mr Gavin Cheong is the Head of Marketing of Swan & Maclaren Group.

A result-oriented leader with over 25 years of experience in the leisure real estate, hospitality, airlines, travel and tourism industries, Gavin has turned around businesses and started up for publicly listed companies from the US and China, respectively.

With his in-depth knowledge of business modelling, especially in the leisure real estate or the tourism real estate industry, Gavin has been providing turnkey solutions to many hotel owners and developers.

Gavin has held various leadership positions. He has served as a leading consultant to many companies, as well as being the Executive Director for Ping An Vac (Fortune 16, 2021), Regional Head for Wyndham Worldwide (Fortune 469), and other vital roles in Alitalia Airlines, Iceland Air, Prince Hotel Group and few others.

Over the years, Gavin spear-headed MOU signed for various projects, some to named were with Hainan Tourism Development Council, Guilin-Yangshuo County Government, China and Government project with Sarawak Economic Development Board, Malaysia.

As the Head of Marketing of Swan & Maclaren Group, Gavin will be leading the marketing outreach and business development for the Group.
